COMPUTER'S HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT

Computer History

Computer history is closely linked to arithmetic calculations. So in the past, computer functions were a tool for human computing.

A British mathematician named Charles Babbage was the first in the world to send a letter to experts in the United Kingdom to develop a computer calculator.

These thoughts are expressed in a letter entitled Notes on the Use of Machines in Astronomical Calculations and Mathematical Tables. The letter was delivered on the stairs of June 14, 1822.

Charles's idea was counteracted by the frequent question of people at the time making calculations despite using mathematical tables. So he wanted to develop a mechanic that was inspired by the development of a calculator by Wilhelm Schickard, Blaise Pascal, and Gottfried Leibniz.

Since Charles has continued to develop computer machines for human programming, this has not been done. The machine was then continued by his son. One part of the differential machine assembled by his son can now be seen at the London Science Museum.

In addition to his sons who were also assembled, the idea was developed by various parties to become the sophisticated computer we know today.

Computer Development

Computer development is divided into five groups. Each set of forces is determined by the main components of the computer. Each batch of computers produces computers that are smaller, simpler, more affordable, and more durable.

It is accompanied by the discovery of new electronic components that make computer form simpler.

Computers can now process images, sounds, text, and other non-numeric forms of data. The important thing about computers is that all drawing, sound, text and so on are other forms of basic numerical calculation.

While that is processed by the engine computer is just numbers, ie the numbers 1 and 0. These numbers form a combination code (called binary code) representing the power on and off.
